Bankia reciprocated his advisers and members of senior management with EUR 6.44 million for his work as head of the organization during 2011, has informed the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
Specifically, the organization led by Rodrigo Rato paid its 18 directors a total of 4.35 million, of which 2.4 million are reciprocated in fixed income and 1.95 million in diets. These directors did not perceive bonus for 2011.
In addition, members of the board of Bankia entity received credits worth 211,000 euros and pension plan contributions for a total of 1.9 million.
Five members of senior management who do not exercise as executive Bankia remunerated with 2.09 million. The perception of these salaries is incompatible with the matrix from the Finance and Savings Bank (BFA) or any of the boxes that form the fusion.
The total amount received by the leadership of the organization headed by Rodrigo Rato includes the remuneration of the Chairman of Bancaja, José Luis Olivas, who resigned as vice president of Bankia last November 21, 2011.
